The Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall in Guangzhou is a key cultural relic protection unit in Guangdong Province and throughout the country. It is a commemorative building funded and built by the people of Guangzhou and overseas Chinese to commemorate Mr. Sun Yat-sen, the great pioneer of democratic

revolution. The building was designed by the famous Chinese architect Mr. Lu Yan directly, and it is rated as a national AAAA-level tourist attraction.

Guangzhou Dahfo Temple, also known as Dahfo Si, was expanded during the Ming Dynasty and renamed Longcang Temple. The reconstructed halls feature a distinct Lingnan regional style and hold high cultural and artistic value for visitors.

Museum of the Nanyue King

The Guangzhou Nanyue King Museum (Research Center of the History of the South Vietnamese State in the Western Han Dynasty) is a large-scale archaeological museum based on important archaeological remains of the South Vietnamese state. It is a national first-class museum.

Yuexiu Park is the largest comprehensive park in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province. The name of Yuexiu Park comes from the fact that during the Han Dynasty, King Zhao Tuo of Nanyue built a “Chao Han Terrace” on the west side of Yuexiu Mountain. It is an important place for inheriting and promoting intangible cultural

heritage projects such as Hakka mountain songs, Wing Chun martial arts, and stories about Yuexiu Mountain.

The Guangzhou Tower, also known as the Guangzhou New TV Tower and nicknamed the “Small Waist”, has a main body height of 454 meters and an antenna mast height of 146 meters, with a total height of 600 meters. It is China’s tallest tower and a national AAAA-level tourist attraction.

TaiKoo Hui Mall

The old name of the Taikoo Warehouse Pier was Baixianke. It was built by Swire Group between 1904 and 1908 for use by the Taikoo Shipping Company. It has since been revitalized for various uses such as wine exhibitions, dining, tourism, leisure, and design.

DAY 4 Baiyun Mountain

Baiyun Mountain

Baiyun Mountain, located in Baiyun District, Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province, is one of the famous mountains in southern China. It has been known as the “Number One Show in Yangcheng” since ancient times. The mountain is quite wide and consists of more than 30 peaks. It is a branch of Jiulianshan, the highest peak in Guangdong.

The area covers 20.98 square kilometers with the main peak at an elevation of 382 meters.

Haixinsha Island
