RETURNS POLICY

We will gladly accept a return or exchange of your intact item(s) within 30 days of purchase. All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. We will review and verify your return request within 3 days after receiving your contact form. We need you to provide instant videos and pictures showing the product’s condition for immediate review. If the product is not damaged and meets our secondary sales standards, we will provide the return address via email. And we will arrange a refund (transaction fees will be deducted) within 7 days of receiving the return. You will be responsible for the shipping cost as well as any transaction fees incurred during the transaction process.

The details are below:

CHIQIO will make a refund or accept the return for any of the following cases:

  1. Unconditional Return

Within 30 days following the delivery of your order, you may request a refund of items, which you must return to us in unused condition. Here are the steps to return a product.

Step 1: Fill in our contact form with your order number.

Step 2: Our team will contact you in 3 days, and related photos or videos will be ready.

Step 3: Pack the returned items well and send them back, then give us the logistics tracking number within 3 days of sending the items.

Step 4: Refunds will be made within 7 days after the returns get checked and qualified.

Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact. If the goods returned are not in a re-sellable condition, we may not accept your return. You are responsible for the shipping of returned items back to CHIQIO China Warehouse. Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer’s expense. We are responsible for your parcel only once it has been received by us. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned, and cannot be exchanged or refunded. Refunds will be made within two weeks of the return of the product, by the original payment method.

Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. Neither will shipping costs. For countries within the EU, VAT will not be included in the refund.

  1. Order Cancellation.

You can cancel the order and get a full refund before the product is shipped, otherwise, the shipping costs will be deducted.

  1. Products Damaged.

If products arrive are badly damaged, photos or videos of the damaged situation need to be saved. A member of our team will check your information and then make refunds or resend.

  1. Wrong Products.

For the wrong products, CHIQIO offers a full refund. Please get in touch with us first and return the wrong one to us in unused condition. Note that used products cannot be refunded. All expenses during the return shall be borne by us.

Important Notes

I. Orders not Received

If no one claims the goods during delivery, resulting in loss; or if the wrong address is filled in, causing the goods to be lost or claimed by others; CHIQIO will not bear any responsibility. CHIQIO also assumes no responsibility if the product is lost during the return process. Likewise, shipping costs for returned items are the customer’s responsibility.

II. Destination Limits

Due to limited international transportation, CHIQIO will only accept orders from the following countries: China, Japan, the United States, Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, and EU Countries.

EVERY GENUINE ARTICLE CAN ONLY BE SOLD ON CHIQIO.COM.

Note that we don’t accept returns purchased from any other distributors instead of our website.
